The Quality Control program at your facility starts with the on-site supervisor. All work is inspected daily, both during and after the regular shifts. This insures that the quality of the work meets our customer's standards and the even tougher standards of the Empire management team. In addition to the regular, on-site supervisor, our Service Manager will make periodic inspections of all work performed.

A formal QUALITY ASSURANCE inspection accompanied by a written report for follow up will be made by the Quality Assurance Manager every month. On these QUALITY ASSURANCE inspection tours, you will have the option of sending a representative with our Q.A. Manager and also the option of receiving a copy of the written report and subsequent follow-up reports.

In order to insure the overall quality of the cleaning, the QUALITY ASSURANCE inspections can be varied by day and time.
