Empire Maintenance Company's management staff has over 100 years combined experience of performing janitorial maintenance services in Southern California and Arizona.

We have initiated incentive programs to better motivate all personnel. These programs include trips to Hawaii, Mexico, or the cash equivalent. Our staff meetings conclude with quizzes on cleaning procedures, safety programs, and quality control methods.
