Empire Maintenance Company is a minority owned business enterprise, established in 1976.

Empire Maintenance commenced cleaning 18,000 telephone booths with 40 employees in the Los Angeles, San Diego, and Orange County areas. Empire Maintenance quickly began to grow. The combined total square footage for 160 banks was an astounding 1,300,000 sq. ft.

In the 1980's, Empire Maintenance increased to cleaning nearly 6,000,000 square feet per night. Our service area expanded to include Lancaster, Pomona, Ventura, and the Inland Empire. With new accounts, the reputation of Empire Maintenance continued to grow. Empire has also expanded to Las Vegas, Nevada and Phoenix, Arizona.

During the 90's, there has been no slow down. We are currently cleaning over 15,000,000 square feet nightly.
